i just like how it looks. it feels more casual to me, and gives capitals more of an impact if i do want to use them. it's also pretty common on twitter where i do a ton of writing, although not everyone does it there of course. it helps me feel more like i'm writing with an authentic voice

Good essay though - your section on 'how can meditation go wrong?' is particularly good - because it's an important and sadly neglected area.
